About Andrew
“I am a devoted leader committed to elevating educational standards and ensuring fair opportunities for all students.”
As a passionate advocate for public education, student achievement, and parent engagement, I am not satisfied with the status quo. Strong partnerships between schools and families lead to better outcomes for students — the TDSB should make it easier for parents to engage and advocate for their children’s needs.
I am seeking to be a Trustee to advocate for individual students and families to receive a high quality education and necessary supports, and to hold TDSB staff accountable for a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Transparency
Using existing resources and staff efficiently, and demanding transparency and accountability from the TDSB and the Ministry of Education.
Responsiveness
Building strong partnerships with parents, community organizations, and local businesses — a collaborative network for students and families.
Accountability
Holding school and board staff to account — pressing for change where warranted with existing policies or new ones, never the path of least resistance.

Every Ontario voter votes in exactly one school board race, and which one appears on your ballot depends on your school support designation.
English public is the default, and English public supporters vote for TDSB trustee. That is this race. If you are registered as a Catholic or French-language school supporter, you cannot vote in this one, but that can be changed any time before October 26.
